The first step is being conscious. We must educate ourselves on the best and worst meals to eat.
We must return to school (figuratively speaking, of course) to learn what nutrients your body
actually needs and in what quantities. The next step is to create a diet plan for our family and
ourselves so that we may eat healthier. We must consume less of the unhealthy foods—carbohydrates,
fats, and sugars, which we don't really want—and more of the ones that can improve our health.
